Final Payment: Any possible remaining balance must be paid on arrival or within 30 days before arrival. Failure to complete payment will result in the cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via debit/credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Only payments in Euro are accepted, and any exchange charges are the responsibility of the client.

Holiday Pricing

Prices for holidays and additional services (e.g., transportation, supplements) are subject to change. You will be informed of the current price before your booking is confirmed.

Security Breakage Deposit

As part of our commitment to maintaining the quality and safety of the properties listed on our platform, a refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. The amount of this deposit is determined based on several factors to adequately cover potential damages or losses during your stay.

Standard Damage Deposit

Changing Your Booking

Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund available.

Topikos.place Liability to Customers

Smoking Policy: Smoking whether is vapers, tobbaco or hookah inside the property (all areas) is strictly prohibited to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Parking: Use only the designated parking areas to avoid inconvenience and ensure smooth access for all guests.
